Tone + Muscle = Speech

For instance, 100 per cent vowels are: the pronoun I, the article a, the exclamations Oh! Ah! and Ooh!; 100 per cent consonants: expressive combinations like Sssh! Pst! Teh! Were we to extract the vowels from the six words in “Gather ye rosebuds while ye might,” we would have the subsequent sequence: “A-uh-ee-oh-uh-eye-ee-ay” Now take an simple breath, say the full string. VOWELS ARE TONAL SHAPES
